If you are contacted by any person claiming to represent Just Content who is not listed above, please report this immediately through our official website contact channels. Just Content will not be held liable for engagements, payments, or agreements made with unauthorised individuals.


2. Use of Website

• Not engage in fraudulent, harmful, or misleading activities

Any individual or entity found using Just Content’s work to:

• Promote their own services, brand, or portfolio under false pretences

will be in direct violation of South African intellectual property and common law principles.

Just Content reserves the right to pursue legal action, including:
• Issuing cease-and-desist notices
• Civil claims for damages
• Legal proceedings and lawsuits

This applies to unauthorised use on websites, social media, advertising, portfolios, or any public or commercial platform.

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Approve deliverables within reasonable timeframes
• Use content only within the agreed scope

Any usage beyond the agreed scope may require additional licensing or fees.


6. Payments and Fees
All fees, deposits, and payment terms will be outlined in written agreements or invoices.
Late or non-payment may result in:
• Suspension of services
• Withholding of final deliverables
• Legal recovery actions in accordance with South African law


7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under South African law, Just Content shall not be liable for:
• Indirect or consequential damages

Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

• Payments are not honoured
