The Challenge
Wellness Dialogue Group was introduced as an evolution of Kids Dialogue, a well established leader in employee wellness programmes and family centred care. Just Content was appointed to reposition the brand, develop a new identity and create a digital presence that aligned with the organisation’s expanded offering and corporate audience.
The main challenges included:
- An existing website that was outdated and not fit for purpose
- A brand identity that no longer reflected the direction of the business
- The need to introduce a new brand, Wellness Dialogue Group, without losing credibility
- Positioning the company to appeal to a broader corporate audience including employees, women and men
- The new leadership team needed a website that would support both credibility and growth.
Simply updating the old website would not have supported the brand’s growth objectives.
